📚 Memorandum of the Trust
1.1 Name of the Trust
The name of the Trust shall be “SAADHANA TRUST FOR THE DISABLED”.
1.2 & 1.3 Office Address & Correspondence
📍 The office is situated at:
488 2nd Cross Preethinagar, Laggere main road, Bangalore 560058, Opposite Government ration depot.
The address for correspondence shall remain the same.
1.4 Jurisdiction
The jurisdiction of the Trust shall be limited to the Karnataka state.
1.5 Emblem of the Trust
The emblem of the Trust shall be decided by the Trustees during the Executive Committee Meeting.
1.6 Office Working Hours
The working hours of the office will be determined by the Trustees in due course.
1.7 Administrative & Financial Year
The administrative year and the financial year of the Trust will be from 1st April to 31st March of the following year.
1.8 Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Inclusion
The Trust aims to include and empower people with the following disabilities:
- 👁️ Totally blind and low vision
- 🎧 Deaf and hard of hearing
- ♿ Locomotor disabilities including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims, and muscular dystrophy
- 🧠 Autism, intellectual disability, learning disability, and mental illness
- 👥 Multiple disabilities including deaf-blindness
